Golden Bees, the programmatic technology platform, has appointed Ravi Joshi as the Head of UK. Initially tasked with business development and the growth of domestic market revenue from programmatic recruitment, Joshi will also develop full responsibility for profit and loss in the UK, including the growth of a sales and customer service team, marketing and operational strategy.
Joshi joins Golden Bees with over a decade of experience in recruitment agencies and the online job board market. He will bring his proven track record in developing new recruitment technology markets to the strong digital heritage and assertive start-up nature of Golden Bees.
“There is huge growth potential for programmatic recruitment and Golden Bees is ideally poised to capitalise on the possibilities,” explained Ravi Joshi, Head of UK, Golden Bees. “At present programmatic recruitment accounts for approximately 10% of the online recruitment market. That will inevitably grow to the vast majority of all such recruitment. Just as paper-based processes ceded to online recruitment, programmatic technologies will take over most volume-based recruitment and more.
“The Golden Bees platform grows exponentially with each customer and we already have recruitment agencies and job boards working with us to position the system dominantly within the UK market. I look forward to driving this growth and announcing new customer wins and strategic partnerships.
Jonathan Bordereau, CEO of Golden Bees added: “Ravi has extensive experience of digital recruitment technologies and bringing them to bear on changing markets. We look forward to his contribution to the Golden Bees growth story here in the UK.”
