Sellick Partnership is expanding its service offering with the launch of a stand-alone ICT & Digital Technology specialism.
The expansion follows a period of sustained growth for the recruitment specialist with a significant rise in organisations looking to recruit for ICT roles, particularly those within cyber security and cloud infrastructure. The new division will be led by principal consultant Adam Burgess and initially focus on roles in the North East.
Working across the public and private sectors, the new specialism will be responsible for sourcing candidates for disciplines including: cloud and infrastructure, information and cyber security, incident management, and service delivery.
Discussing the growth of the specialism, managing director, Jo Sellick, said: “Over the past 12 months we have witnessed a huge rise in the number of clients looking to expand their ICT and digital capabilities.
“Our team has a proven track record of finding the very best candidates for these roles and we are delighted to be in a position to formally announce this as one of this business’s key focus areas.”
Adam Burgess, added: “The North East is fast becoming a digital powerhouse and over the last few years we have seen huge organisations set up offices in-and-around Newcastle in order to tap into the outstanding talent pool in the region.
“I’m confident that we are going to see more and more multinational businesses look to the North East for their next regional base.”
In order to support the growth of the new specialism and increased demand, Sellick Partnership has recruited a new consultant to join the North East office.
